Gabriel Pfaffman

Welcome! I am a second year PhD student in the Dunlap Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Toronto. My primary research interests are galactic dynamics, machine learning, galactic evolution, dark matter, and structure formation.

Aside from research, I am interested in conducting outreach to share the exciting world of active science and promote scientific literacy. I feel strongly that creativity brings benefits to all aspects of life. As a result, I find myself playing, writing, and listening to music and doing photography in my free time!
